The Most Important Question
On the Day of Pentecost, when the crowd asked Peter what they should do, his answer was clear, specific, and still applies today.
"Repent, and let every one of you be baptized in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins; and you shall receive the gift of the Holy Spirit. For the promise is to you and to your children, and to all who are afar off, as many as the Lord our God will call."
This wasn't one opinion among many. Every baptism recorded in the Book of Acts was performed in the name of Jesus Christ. Every outpouring of the Holy Spirit in Acts came with the evidence of speaking in tongues. The apostolic pattern is consistent, clear, and still available today.
Genuine repentance means turning from sin to God with your whole heart -- not merely feeling sorry, but changing direction.

Not sure where to begin? Follow the Gospel story from creation to new life in Christ.
The four Gospels reveal Jesus as the Word made flesh, the Messiah, and the fullness of God in bodily form.
→ 2All have sinned and fall short of the glory of God. Sin separates us from God and brings eternal consequence.
→ 3Jesus Christ offered Himself as the once-for-all sacrifice, fulfilling everything the Levitical priesthood foreshadowed.
→ 4He rose on the third day. Fifty days later, the Holy Spirit fell on 120 in the upper room -- and the Church was born.
→ 5The first word of the Gospel: turn from sin and return to God. Repentance is the door, not an option.
→ 6Every baptism in Acts was in the name of Jesus Christ. This is how the early church obeyed the great commission.
→ 7The promise of Acts 2:38-39 is still available. The Holy Spirit comes with the initial evidence of speaking in tongues.
→ ➔An immersive, Scripture-rich guided experience through the complete story of salvation -- step by step.

For many people, the word "holiness" conjures images of rigid rule-keeping, joyless piety, or an outdated religious ideal best left behind. It can feel like a heavy burden, a list of "don'ts" that suffocates authenticity and spontaneity. This perception is common, relatable, and a profound misunderstanding of one of the Bible’s core themes.

Faith
There are seasons when prayer feels like a struggle. In moments of intense fear, spiritual oppression, or overwhelming darkness, the sense of closeness to God can feel distant, and words that once flowed freely may feel weak or ineffective. This experience is common among believers and can be deeply disorienting.

The Book of Acts presents the blueprint for the New Testament Church. It reveals a Spirit-empowered community devoted to the apostles' doctrine, fellowship, breaking of bread, and prayer (Acts 2:42). Leadership functioned through apostles, prophets, evangelists, pastors, teachers, and elders as God equipped His people for ministry.
