Go Deeper With These Resources

The following tools are used by serious Bible students around the world. Each one brings something different, translation access, original-language study, commentary, or big-picture overview.

We do not endorse every theological position on these sites. Use them as tools, always compare everything to Scripture.

BibleGateway

Read the Bible in any translation. We use NKJV throughout this site. BibleGateway lets you search passages, compare translations side-by-side, and read entire books at once.

Blue Letter Bible

The best tool for word studies. Look up the original Greek and Hebrew behind any verse, use Strong's Concordance, and dig into what words actually meant to the original audience.

Bible Hub

Multiple translations, commentaries, and cross-references for every verse. Great for seeing how different scholars have understood a passage alongside the original text.

Bible Project

Visual overviews of every book of the Bible. Excellent for understanding the big picture of a book before you begin a word-by-word study, the themes, structure, and flow of the text.

Precept Austin

Deep verse-by-verse commentary resources. Excellent for serious inductive Bible study, original language notes, word studies, and thorough exposition of the text.

e-Sword
