Refund & Return Policy

We want you to love your purchase. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

How to start a return

Email orders@biblelearning.us with your order number and the item(s) you'd like to return. We'll send instructions.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll email you and issue your refund to the original payment method within a few business days. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Non-returnable items

Certain items (such as digital downloads, gift cards, and final-sale items) cannot be returned.

Damaged or wrong items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days at orders@biblelearning.us and we'll make it right.
